AI Features Disclaimer

Last updated 13 Sep 2026

Risper CRM - TAX includes AI assistants that draft text, summarise records, explain features and answer questions. This notice explains what they do, what they do not do, and what happens to the information you give them. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. AI output is a suggestion, never a decision

Everything an AI assistant produces is a draft for a person to check. It is not legal, tax, accounting, immigration, medical or human-resources advice, and it is not a professional opinion.

  • Check every figure. An assistant can miscalculate, misread a document or misattribute a number.
  • Check every fact. AI models can state something confidently and be wrong, including inventing a rule, a date or a reference that does not exist.
  • Check every document before you send it. A drafted quote, email, contract clause or report is yours the moment you send it.
  • Do not use it as a compliance check. Deadlines, filings and legal obligations under UAE law remain yours to verify.

We are not liable for a decision taken on AI output without review. Section 11 and 12 of the Terms apply.

2. What we send, and to whom

  • When you use an AI feature, the text of your request and the specific records you point it at are sent to an AI provider to generate a reply. We send what the request needs, not your whole database.
  • Requests are made under the account you are signed in to and stay within your own tenancy — one customer's assistant cannot read another customer's data.
  • We do not permit our AI providers to use your content to train their general models.
  • Where a provider processes data outside the UAE, that transfer is covered by section 7 of our Data Processing Agreement.
  • We keep a record of AI usage for billing, abuse prevention and support.

3. What you should not put into an assistant

  • Passwords, API keys, card numbers or other credentials.
  • Data you have no lawful basis to process.
  • Special-category data (health, biometric, religious, political) unless you have a lawful basis and have satisfied yourself the use is appropriate.
  • Anything you would not be comfortable having processed by a third-party provider.

4. Availability and limits

  • AI features depend on third-party providers. If a provider is unavailable, rate-limits us, or changes or withdraws a model, the feature may slow, change or stop.
  • Which assistants are available depends on your plan and on the add-ons licensed to your account.
  • Fair-use limits may apply. We will tell you before restricting a feature for usage, except where an immediate limit is needed to protect the platform.
  • AI features are excluded from the availability commitment in our Service Level Agreement.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use an assistant to generate unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or harmful content, to impersonate a real person, to produce content that offends against the public order or morals of the UAE, or to attempt to extract data belonging to another customer. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies in full.

6. Ownership

As between you and us, the output generated from your input is yours to use in your business, subject to the Terms. Note that AI output may not be original and may resemble output given to someone else, so it may not be protectable as your own intellectual property, and you are responsible for making sure what you publish does not infringe anyone's rights.

7. Human support is always available

If an assistant cannot help, or you would rather ask a person, write to privacy@rispercrm.tax.
