Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 13 Sep 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do with Risper CRM - TAX. It protects the other businesses on the platform as much as it protects us, and it forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Breaking it is grounds for immediate suspension.

1. Obey the law

You must not use the Service for anything unlawful under UAE law or under the law that applies to you, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes, the UAE data protection legislation, sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules, and tax and labour law.

2. Do not misuse other people's data

  • Do not upload personal data you have no lawful basis to hold.
  • Do not upload data obtained by scraping, buying or trading a list where the people on it did not consent and have no relationship with you.
  • Do not use the Service to profile or track individuals in a way they would not expect.
  • Do not upload special-category data (health, biometric, religious, political) unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards for it.

3. Messaging and marketing

  • Do not send unsolicited bulk email, SMS or WhatsApp messages through the Service or through a provider you have connected to it.
  • Every marketing message you send must identify you and must offer a working way to unsubscribe, and you must honour an unsubscribe promptly.
  • Do not use the Service to send phishing, scam, deceptive or misleading messages, or to impersonate another person or business.
  • Comply with the terms and policies of any messaging provider you connect — including WhatsApp Business, email providers and SMS gateways. A ban imposed on you by such a provider is not a fault of the Service.

4. Content

Do not store, send or publish through the Service any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, that offends against the public order or morals of the UAE, or that you have no right to hold.

5. Security

  • Do not attempt to access another customer's account, data or tenancy.
  • Do not probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our prior written permission, and do not attempt to defeat rate limits, quotas or plan limits.
  • Do not upload or distribute malware, or use the Service as part of an attack on any system.
  • Do not share, sell or reuse login credentials, and do not share one staff login between several people.
  • Report a vulnerability you find to privacy@rispercrm.tax rather than exploiting or publishing it. We will not pursue a good-faith researcher who reports responsibly and does not access other customers' data.

6. The software itself

  • Do not copy, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Service, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, white-label or provide the Service to a third party without a written agreement with us.
  • Do not remove or obscure any notice, mark or attribution in the software.
  • Do not use automated means to extract the Service's data or content at scale beyond the export features provided, and do not use the Service to build a competing product.

7. Fair use of shared resources

The Service runs on shared infrastructure. Do not use it in a way that degrades it for other customers — for example, automated loops that generate excessive requests, storage used as a general file-hosting service unrelated to your business records, or bulk processing far outside normal business use. Where usage threatens the platform we may throttle it, and we will contact you before taking anything further where circumstances allow.

8. AI features

Do not use the AI assistants to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to produce material that impersonates a real person, or to attempt to extract another customer's data. See our AI Features Disclaimer.

9. What happens if you break this policy

Depending on severity, we may warn you, throttle or restrict a feature, suspend the account immediately, remove offending content, terminate the agreement, or report the matter to a competent authority. Where the law and the circumstances allow, we will tell you what happened and why. Suspension for a breach of this policy does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Reporting abuse

To report misuse of the Service, write to privacy@rispercrm.tax with the details and any evidence you have. We investigate every report.
