This Cookie Policy explains how RAIMS Digital Technologies SP LLC uses cookies and similar
technologies on rispercrm.tax and inside Risper CRM - TAX. It
supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site recognise
your browser on the next request — which is how you stay signed in from one page to the next. We
also use closely related technologies: local storage (the same idea, held by the browser
rather than sent with every request) and, in emails, a small tracking pixel.
2. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary — always on
These make the Service work at all. It cannot function without them, and they are not used to
track you across other sites.
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in as you move between pages. Expires when
your session ends or you sign out.
- CSRF token — proves a form submission came from a page we served, which is
what stops another site from acting as you. Session-lifetime.
- Account and company context — remembers which company you are working in
when you have access to more than one.
- Language, timezone and currency — remembers your display preferences.
- Security and rate limiting — helps us detect abusive traffic.
Functional
- Interface state that would be irritating to lose — a collapsed sidebar, a chosen tab, a table
filter, a dismissed banner. Mostly held in local storage rather than as a cookie.
Analytics — only where enabled
- Where the operator of this installation has switched on an analytics tool, it sets cookies
that tell us which pages and features are used, and where errors happen. We use this to improve
the Service, not to build an advertising profile of you.
Marketing
- Our public marketing pages may set advertising cookies where you consent to them, so that we
can measure which campaigns work. The signed-in application does not set advertising
cookies.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we embed, for example a payment provider on the checkout page
or an embedded video. Those are governed by that provider's own cookie and privacy policy.
4. Email tracking
Marketing emails may include a small image that tells us whether the email was opened and
which links were clicked. Turning off image loading in your email client prevents it. Service
emails — invoices, alerts, password resets — are not used for marketing measurement.
5. Your choices
- Where a consent banner is shown, you can accept or reject the non-essential categories, and
change your mind later from the same banner.
- Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies in its settings.
- Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you being able to sign in. That
is not a fault — the sign-in state is the cookie.
6. Changes
We update this Policy when the cookies we use change. The current version is always at
https://rispercrm.tax/page/cookie-policy.
